Korin M. Theoretical and methodological aspects of railway transport infrastructure development in the context of cross-border cooperation.

Object - the process of development of railway transport infrastructure. Goal - develop theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and practical recommendations on development of infrastructure of railway transport in the conditions of intensification of the processes of cross-border cooperation with a view to ensuring its structural and technological transformation and convergence performance in cross-border regions. Methods - comparative analysis and graphical method, systematization and classification, system approach, modeling, abstraction and logical analysis, morphological analysis, analogy and extrapolation, expert and computational-analytical. Novelty - for the first time: the asymmetry identified infrastructure development of railway transport of Ukraine as a participant of the pan-European transport network; developed conceptual provisions of development of railway infrastructure in terms of cross-border cooperation, demonstrated a holistic concept for the management of project stakeholders the development of rail infrastructure in conditions of cross-border cooperation; improved: theoretical provisions of development of railway transport infrastructure in the conditions of cross-border cooperation; model of convergence of institutional foundations of development of railway transport infrastructure in the conditions of cross-border cooperation; approach to management of development of scientific and production infrastructure of railway transport; theoretical bases of development of localized production in the sphere of implementation of infrastructure projects of railway transport; organizational and methodological approach to the formation and development of localized production in the field of implementation of infrastructure projects in railway transport; model of management of investment support for infrastructure projects of railway transport development; system of personnel support for the development of railway transport infrastructure in cross-border regions; was further developed: classification of cross-border cooperation railway transport; systematization of the determinants of leveling existing infrastructure asymmetries of development of railway transport; the approach to state regulation and stimulation of development of railway infrastructure in terms of cross-border cooperation; a methodological approach to the assessment of the level of localization of production for the realization of infrastructure projects of railway transport in the conditions of cross-border cooperation. Results - theoretical and methodological provisions and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for ensuring the development of railway transport infrastructure in the conditions of activation of cross-border cooperation processes have been formed.
