Prunenko D. Theoretical and methodological aspects of formation and implementation of intellectual capital management strategy of construction enterprises

In the dissertation the scientific research on the development of the theoretical and methodological platform and practical recommendations concerning the formation, formation and use of the intellectual capital management strategy, in order to ensure the competitiveness and investment attractiveness of construction enterprises in the market, was performed. The concept of determining intellectual capital of construction enterprises by studying its structure and the totality of functional, cost, town-planning, and space characteristics has been developed. As a result of permanent transformations, corresponding knowledge, skills and experience of workers are formed to create an intellectual product allowing increasing investment attractiveness, competitiveness and effectiveness of activities on the basis of interaction between customers, investors, contractors, state bodies and authorities and construction companies. Conditions and tendencies of the development of construction enterprises have been analyzed, directions and features of formation and use of intangible assets have been determined; the system of indicators used to evaluate formation and use of intellectual capital has been formed. A scheme for development and implementation of information and analytical support for evaluation of formation and use of intellectual capital and its management strategy has been developed. A methodological approach has been suggested and an integral criterion for formation and use of intellectual capital has been evaluated, causal relationships between the integral criterion and the level of competitiveness and investment attractiveness of construction enterprises have been established.
