Vasilev V. Administrative mechanism of counteracting offenses in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine

The entrepreneurial activity is described as an object of administrative protection, the concepts and types of offenses in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity are defined, the essence and structure of the administrative mechanism of counteraction to the above mentioned offences are determined, and its normative sources are outlined. The concepts and types of subjects of counteraction to offences in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity are defined, their administrative status is characterized. Characterization of administrative measures for counteracting offences and administrative procedures in the field of entrepreneurial activity is carried out. The directions of improvement of administrative mechanism of counteraction of offenses in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity are outlined.
