Shelemetyeva T. Management of tourism development in Ukraine in the conditions of transformation of national economy

The essence dialectic is investigated and definitions of the complex category “tourism development management” are given. The international experience of tourism development management of the leading countries of the world is analyzed and summarized. The components of the methodology of tourism development management are characterized. The features, importance of state regulation and management of tourism development in Ukraine are defined and their main conceptual tasks are formulated. Modern problems of management of tourism development in Ukraine in the conditions of transformation of national economy are identified. The concept of a multilevel tourism development management system with regard to communication interconnections has been developed, which will ensure the sustainable development of the tourism industry. The scientific-theoretical aspects are investigated and approaches to the estimation of tourist-recreational potential of the country (territory) as a component of ensuring effective management of tourism development are generalized. The peculiarities, current state, problems and prospects of tourism development in Ukraine in the conditions of transformation of the national economy are analyzed. The essence of the definition of “transformation” is revealed and the influence of transformation processes in the national economy on the development of tourism in Ukraine is revealed. The methodical approach to the use of strategic planning practice in the tourism development management system is substantiated. Approaches to the formation of principles of effective management of tourism development in Ukraine are systematized. Scientific and methodological approaches to improving the efficiency of tourism development management in Ukraine are proposed. Approaches to using effective tools of tourism development management process in Ukraine are explored. Suggestions for improvement of the tourism development management system based on the use of the socio-economic effect of tourism have been formed
