Voloshchuk Y. Strategic priorities for the development of agro-industrial enterprises in the context of neo-industrial modernization: theory, methodology, practice.

The dissertation is devoted to deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and conceptual approaches to formation of strategic priorities and substantiation of methodological and scientific and practical provisions of ensuring the development of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of neo-industrial modernization of national economies. As a result, a comprehensive theoretical concept for the modernization of agricultural enterprises was proposed. The basic conceptual positions of convergence of NBIC innovative technologies are defined. The methodology of integrated risk assessment of the development of small, medium and large agro-industrial enterprises is formed on the basis of the application of the simulation modeling method, which allowed to identify possible scenarios are defined. The conceptual bases for providing innovative development of enterprises have been defined and the main directions and provisions of the national conception of creating an e-agriculture strategy have been determined, within the overall digital society development strategy.
