Zhyhulin O. Directions of Management Improvement of Business Structures Competitiveness of Ukraine Agribusiness

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the process of managing the competitiveness of agribusiness entrepreneurial structures. The paper generalizes theoretical and methodological principles and develops a methodological approach to managing the competitiveness of agribusiness entrepreneurial structures. The presence of synergistic effect in managing, the competitiveness of agribusiness entrepreneurial structures from the influence of factors of increasing demand and stifling its supply has been established. The competitive advantages of commodities in the field of agribusiness have been determined. The approach to formation of production personnel and transformation of business structures of agribusiness into a state of competitiveness development based on the harmonization of the market signal with the professional characteristics of employees and the trajectory of the substantiation are grounded. The approach to the formation of dissipative activity structures in the agribusiness is determined. The model of implementation of basic competitive strategies has been refined. The mechanism evaluating and implementing the processes of managing of the recovery and development of competitiveness in the agribusiness field has been improved. A model for managing the competitiveness of agribusiness entrepreneurial structures has been developed. It helps to increase the ratio of «attractiveness of consumer qualities» / «price of the final product». It is envisaged that during using the agribusiness entrepreneurial structures of the developed management model, the following process will take place: firstly, the restoration and development of their competitiveness; secondly, the increasing role of medium-sized entrepreneurship in agribusiness.
