The dissertation presents the methodology and practice of managing integration processes of joint stock companies, aimed at obtaining additional advantages in the market, technological, informational and institutional spheres within the framework of the corporate integration association. The theoretical substantiation of the corporate nature of the integration process of joint stock companies' incorporation, based on the subordination of corporate co-operation to the balance of distribution of property rights along the implementation competences chains, is presented. The concept of management of corporate integration processes is theoretically grounded within the framework of which the orientation of the integration interaction of business entities to the formation of a perspective balance of property rights with regard to the creation and use of a group portfolio of competencies of joint stock companies' association is envisaged. The developed paradigm of integration interaction is oriented on the representation of integration as a regular activity on increasing the synergies and the endangered properties of the integration association. The system of principles and regularities of management of the process of corporate integration process, coordinated with the provisions of the author concept of corporate integration, was developed. The reference process-functional model of the mechanism of corporate integration is proposed. The theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of corporate management mechanisms for integration processes is developed, based on the definition of the relationship of the mechanism of corporate integration with the rest of the management mechanisms of the joint stock company. The structure and logic of the coordinated work of mechanisms of corporate integration, innovation-integration development, reflexive harmonization of corporate cultures, implementation of the program of transformations and overcoming resistance to organizational changes are substantiated. The procedure of formation of the corporate strategy of the integrated association of joint stock companies, aimed at dynamic strengthening of selected areas of activity of the association, determined within the boundaries of the integration strategy and corporate development strategy, was developed. The basis for developing a corporate strategy is the multivariate structural decomposition of the corporate integration association. The methodical approach to dynamic substantiation and implementation of the integration strategy of corporate development of the joint-stock company is developed. The technology of management of competitive positioning and formation of competitiveness of corporate integration association of joint stock companies is grounded. A selection procedure for partners for the creation of a corporate integration association, based on certain promising characteristics of the group portfolio of competencies and taking into account the parameters of corporate control distribution, has been developed. A methodical approach is developed on the choice of sources of formation and modeling of the structure of capital of the integrated corporate association, based on correlation of capital structure and parameters of corporate control implementation. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of evaluation and ensuring of economic safety of corporate integration processes is carried out. The proposed dynamic representation of the threats to the functioning of the corporate integration association. The directions of estimation of economic safety of integration development are identified. The organizational-structural construction and the sequence of introduction of the mechanism of innovation-integration development of the corporate corporate association is substantiated. Integration is the basis for the dynamic growth of innovative potential and improvement of the parameters of the activities of joint stock companies. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the success of corporate integration development processes based on the application of the stakeholder approach is substantiated.
