The research was subjected to the basic acts of the Ancient East, Ancient Rome, the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantium), the doctrinal origins of the Bible, the teachings of Greco-Roman philosophers, the rules of the holy apostles and holy fathers of the church (basic comparative analysis), similar acts of Russian state, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Hetmanate, Ukrainian people's republic, Soviet Ukraine, Ukraine today and other sources, including constitutional ones, which included criminal law position.
