The object of the study is a resource-saving technologies of forming an innovative produce of diverse functional application after mechanical processing of flax stem harvesting. The aim of the study is to develop the scientific fundamentals of resource-saving technologies for the produce of diverse functional application according to Flax Stem Classification properties. Research methods - analysis of existing studies, methods of classical mechanics, differential calculus, mathematical modeling with the help of PC, mathematical statistics, mathematical planning of the experiment, classical measuring methods, spectrophotometric and electrochemical analysis. Based on a carried out set of studies the scientific hypothesis to create innovation technologies and equipment was developed. As a results these technologies and equipment efficiently combine the processes of the flax crop stems harvesting and processing, as well as enable to offer a produce of diverse functional application. For the first time – There was grounded a Concept Model of Resource-Saving Technology to harvest Flax Stems by simultaneously processing Flax Stem Fiber Mass into the produce of diverse functional application, such as Small-sized Fuel Rolls, Fuel Briquettes and Fiber, according to Flax Stem Classification properties. Scope - enterprises of primary processing bast crops.
