The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of service relationships in the sphere of national security of Ukraine. The concept, legal nature and features of service relationships in the sphere of national security of Ukraine are defined. The criteria and classification of elements and sub-elements of service relationships in the sphere of national security are distinguished, their connection is disclosed. The principles of administrative and legal support of service relationships in the sphere of national security of Ukraine are generalized. The historical and legal review of formation and development of service relationships in the sphere of national security of Ukraine is conducted. The essence and elements of service relationships in the sphere of national security are determined and substantiated, their role and place in the system of administrative law are defined.
