The dissertation is devoted to the definition of administrative and legal bases of public administration in the sphere of privatization in Ukraine and to develop on this basis an appropriate concept. Methodological foundations of the study of public administration in the sphere of privatization are defined; This sphere is described as an object of public administration, the essence of its normative basis is clarified. The system of public administration entities in the sphere of privatization, the structure of their administrative and legal status, the forms of their interaction and the current tendencies of reforming such a system have been established.
