The dissertation is devoted to the solution of a scientific problem, which consists in the development of conceptual – theoretical bases and methodology of financial support management of innovative activity of industrial enterprises and formation of scientific and methodological recommendations for their practical application. The scientific approaches to the influence of innovative activity on the development of enterprises have been revealed. It was systematize the scientific approaches to the interpretation of the nature of innovation as a factor of economic development. The components of the process of innovative activity of enterprises have been characterized. The content of financial support of innovative activity of enterprises has been revealed. The main components of the system of financial support of innovative activity have been summarized. The economic content of the main sources of financial support for the innovative activity of enterprises has been revealed. The existing methodological approaches to formulating innovative strategies have been summarized. The content of the innovative strategy has been disclosed. The theoretical and methodological approach to the formation of the enterprise innovative strategy has been improved. The author has analyzed modern methodological approaches to assessing the efficiency of financial support of innovative activity of domestic enterprises. The global tendencies of management of financial support of innovative activity of the enterprises have been analyzed. The peculiarities of financing of innovative activity of industrial enterprises of Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions at the expense of the own capital have been analyzed in the work. Intellectual capital as an important component of enterprise’s own and attracted resources has been investigated. The state and dynamics of intellectual capital at the industrial enterprises of Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions have been analyzed. On the basis of the proposed mathematical model of intellectual support of decision-making, a scientific and methodological approach to the choice of priority innovative strategies of the enterprise based on the efficiency index of financial support of innovative activity has been formed. The system of financial support for innovative activity of enterprises has been further developed, which, unlike the existing approaches, involves the use of alternative sources of financing, such as venture financing, crowdfunding platforms and funds of business angels. The directions of raising the level of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises through crowdsourcing have been further developed.. The peculiarities of motivation formation of industrial enterprises’ employees to innovative activity have been investigated. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of concepts related to motivation through the introduction of the concepts of motivational acceleration of innovations and motivational inertia of innovations has been developed. Motivational acceleration refers to the period of time in years during which the investment process carried out by motivated employees will soon move into the profitability zone compared to the process implemented by non-motivated employees. Motivational inertia of innovation has been defined as an additional period of profit making from the innovative process compared to the process carried out by non-motivated employees. The conceptual model of the mechanism of financial support management of innovative activity of industrial enterprises has been offered, The scientific and methodological approach to the evaluation of the efficiency of the mechanism of financial support of innovative activity has been improved.
