The conceptual apparatus of the structural policy of managing the development of the agricultural sector of the economy has been improved. An interpretation of the concept of "structural policy in the agricultural sector" as a segment of economic policy, aimed at implementing the state progressive changes in the structure of the agricultural sector of the economy, balancing cross-sectoral and intra-sectoral proportions in economic, organizational, territorial, sectoral and economic products , increasing the standard of living of the population and protecting environmental rights, which, unlike the existing ones, allows us to apply to take into account the general economic instruments of structural policy in the context of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy from the standpoint of achieving the principles of sustainable development.
