Cherneha R. The conception of legal protection of labor protection in the context of European integration of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problems of legal regulation of legal support of labor protection in Ukraine. The legal nature of occupational safety, the historiography and methodology of researching the basics of occupational safety, and the nature and features of this legal phenomenon are described. The content of legal support for labor protection has been clarified. The system of principles, guarantees, tasks and functions of legal support of labor protection is analyzed, the content of each of them is deduced. The correlation between the realization and protection of the right to labor protection with the provision of labor protection has been made. The significance and features of the mechanism of legal protection of labor protection are characterized, as well as the specific features of national and international legal protection of labor protection. The list of doctrinal and practical problems in the sphere of legal protection of labor protection in Ukraine is determined and the substantive ways of their solution are outlined. The directions of optimization of legal support of labor protection have been formed. The directions of borrowing positive European and world experience into national labor legislation in the context of legal protection of labor protection are distinguished.
