Lutska N. Economic analysis of the project creation and implementation in the sphere of public-private partnership

The dissertation aims to develop the theoretical base for scientific research on economic analysis and to provide the extension of its methodological tools and organization provisions in the context of construction of the information space for the management processes of the project creation and implementation in the sphere of public-private partnership. The object of the study is a system of economic analysis of the creation and implementation of public-private partnership projects. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions of economic analysis of the creation and implementation of public-private partnership projects. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for improving the economic analysis of the creation and implementation of public-private partnership projects. The dissertation provides the theoretical generalization and proposes a comprehensive solution to the scientific and practical development of theory, methodology and organization of economic analysis on the creation and implementation of public-private partnership projects. The prerequisites for the development of public-private partnership as a form of interaction between business and the state are substantiated: updating of the object of analytical research - projects in the sphere of public-private partnership; the expansion of the object field of economic analysis – processes of formation and implementation of public-private partnership projects; changing the paradigm of business-state cooperation through the pooling of resources to achieve a specific goal; the difference between the different forms of public-private partnership project implementation causes the widening of the range of analytical information use in project management. The conceptual apparatus for the object of research has been improved in terms of defining the meaningful content of the concept of the PPP (public and private partnership) project as an object of economic analysis: the system of economic relations between project participants (public and private partners) according to its implementation in various forms, envisaged by the legislation, ensuring the achievement of project goals and results for the state and business entities
