The methodological bases for the assessment of organizational and legal security of agricultural enterprises have been developed. The organizational principles of compliance with legal certainty in connection with improving the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises are outlined. The systematization of the factors of formation of threats and risks of organizational and legal security of agrarian enterprises activity is improved by supplementing market, financial, personnel and resource groups by factors of integration group, which characterize the creation of security challenges of the economic activity of the enterprise when it is involved in the agro-industrial processes. A methodological approach to the evaluation of organizational and legal security of agricultural enterprises has been developed. A typology of mechanisms for managing the security of economic activity of agricultural enterprises, in general, and organizational and legal security, in particular, is based on the division of management mechanisms into organizational and economic ones, with the separation of security mechanisms and regulatory mechanisms in the composition of economic ones. Identification of approaches to the construction of organizational and legal security management systems of agricultural enterprises in the context of measuring the intensity and consequences of occurrence of risky events and the emergence of threats with the further formalization of procedures to saturate the structure of enterprise management functional compliance with economic activity and economic protection of its results.
