Essay

The work addresses an important scientific and applied problem of developing theoretical tools and practical assessment of harmful factors in the working areas of industrial sites, which is important for ensuring acceptable working conditions for workers in industrial sites and in designing new jobs in open areas of industrial zones. Developed methods for assessing the harmful factors and predicting the risks of chronic diseases of workers in the working areas in the open area of industrial enterprises. All methods are implemented in the form of computer programs that allow for rapid computational experiments to calculate the parameters of the air environment in the working areas on the territory of industrial enterprises. Methods have been developed for both estimating and forecasting, and for improving the parameters of the air environment in working areas in open areas due to the rational choice of position, screen sizes, suction, vegetation, ionizers, humidifiers. Calculations using these methods allow to conduct research on the compliance of the parameters of the air environment with their standard values in the working areas in open areas of industrial enterprises when reengineering existing ones and creating new jobs.
