Urba S. Priorities and instruments of development of the agrarian sector in the system of ensuring of the economic security of Ukraine.

In the research thesis the theoretical and methodological foundations are worked out and practical recommendations for priorities and instruments of development of the agrarian sector in the system of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine are substantiated. The conceptual bases of forming of the system of ensuring the economic security of the state have been deepened. Theoretical bases are formulated, peculiarities of functioning of the agrarian sector of economy are revealed and the hypothesis under which effective state agrarian policy will contribute to strengthening the economic security of the state is substantiated. The current state, tendencies, sectoral and regional peculiarities of functioning and development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy has been diagnosed. The integrated assessment of the development of the agrarian sector of the economy and the elasticity of its relations with the economic security of the state is carried out. The priority directions and instruments that promote the development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy are substantiated. The elements of institutional support for sustainable development of the agrarian sector of the economy are distinguished. Possibilities of harmonization of parameters of development of the agrarian sector and strengthening of food security of the state are argued. The instruments of realization of export potential of agrarian sector in the system of foreign economic security of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are offered.
