The public-private partnership in the conditions of investment and innovation activity development is the research object. The purpose of the thesis is to develop the conceptual, theoretical and methodological, methodical and applied principles of activation of public-private partnership in the conditions of development of investment and innovation activity. Research methods are as following: systematic, methods of grouping and systematization, taxonomic method, method of expert evaluation, method of game theory, empirical research, methods of analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, method of structural-logical analysis, morphological analysis, graphic. The concept of activation of public-private partnership in the conditions of investment and innovative activity development on the basis of identification of principles, conditions of implementation, tools, resources, diagnostics directions, subjects and analytical subsystem at the national, regional and municipal levels; the method of assessing the state-partner potential of territorial formation in the context of attracting investment and innovation; the method of determining the structure of payments during the implementation of public-private partnership projects have been firstly developed; the two-component model of customs service of public-private partnership with the participation of a foreign private partner, the comprehensive target method for assessing the impact of public-private partnerships on investment and innovation activities, the mechanism of customs services development in the conditions of public-private partnership, the model of positioning the private partner in the market of public-private partnership projects on the basis of taking into account the level of its potential in this sphere and the growth rate of the market of such partnership have been improved; the model of attracting investments and innovations on the basis of public-private partnership, the method of assessing the quality of customs services of public-private partnerships, the scientific and methodological theses of economic substantiation of project decisions in the field of public-private partnership in the conditions of investment and innovation activity development, the typology of public-private partnership projects, systematization of principles of activation of public-private partnership in conditions of investment and innovation activity development have been further developed. The results of the study were used by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services; The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Integration of Ukraine into the European Union; Lviv Regional State Administration; Lviv Regional Council, territorial entities of Lviv region, as well as in the activities of enterprises and organizations. The state authorities, territorial entities, enterprises are the scope of author’s proposals use.
