The dissertation is one of the few, and on certain issues is the first comprehensive and systemic study in the area of legal protection by the Criminal law in the military sphere to ensure the military security of Ukraine. Based on the national and international best practice, this study provides a range of conceptual and applied provisions and findings as to the contemporary issues of criminal-law protection in the military sphere; actions to improve the legislation and law enforcement in the military law domain; modern trends in the field of criminal justice.
