The thesis deals with the theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of the development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises in in conditions of versatility. The methodology of the research has been formed. The model of influence of components of production and economic activity on the expected results of functioning of enterprises has been substantiated. The tendencies of development of agricultural enterprises in conditions of versatility have been determined, the efficiency of activity of these enterprises was evaluated, their impact on the activity of the united territorial communities has been investigated. The system of institutional support for the development of agricultural enterprises has been improved and measures have been developed to improve their logistics. The forecast of the main indicators of the development of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises has been compiled made, the mechanism of transformation of these enterprises in the conditions of versatility has been proposed, the measures for stimulating the development of cooperation and integration of agricultural enterprises has been developed.
