Livinskyi A. Organizational and economic mechanisms of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises: theory and methodology

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises. The content of the concept of "renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises" as an economic-ecological system is envisaged. in the context of moving the system to a new state. A multi-level structural and functional model of strategic management of providing livestock enterprises renovation activity is proposed, which provides for adjusting livestock enterprises performance parameters in response to changing market needs. The theoretical and methodological design of the mechanism of state support for the renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises as a coherent system has been developed. This mechanism is intended to set the necessary proportions in the structure of production and to ensure rationalization of inter-sectoral and intra-sectoral industrial-economic relations, based on the priority tasks of life support of the country, overcoming crisis phenomena and creating preconditions for building a highly efficient and socially effective economy. Indicators of sustainable development and efficiency of livestock enterprises, which are consistent with the principle of rational use of resources, are a synergy of the triad of innovative doctrine of functioning of organizational and economic mechanisms of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises. Possible scenarios of renovation development of livestock enterprises based on the principle of rational use of resources are described. This makes it possible to implement management decisions that help to achieve the optimal state of the economic and environmental system, considering the implementation of this principle. The scientific and methodological approaches to the use of simulation modelling of the management of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises are substantiated. The system of estimation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises is substantiated, which includes the indicators characterizing the intensity of production (intensity of functioning) and efficiency of renovation. A methodological basis for evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and economic mechanisms of renovation of livestock production and economic activity has been developed. The toolkit for forecasting the renovation development of livestock enterprises has been determined by forming a model of systematic economic forecasting, which consists of three components that determine the successive stages of work. The systematic economic forecasting model is included in this toolkit. This model consists of three components that determine the sequential stages of operation. Using these approaches, an economic and mathematical model of the targeted forecast of trends in the renovation development of livestock production has been developed. The concept of management of organizational and economic mechanism of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises is substantiated. The approaches to the formation and strategic development of the cooperative, which is related to the development of livestock production in the personal economy, are defined. An algorithm for managing the process of developing and adopting a strategy of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises has been built and formalized. The complex organizational and economic mechanism of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises was developed with the use of systematic technology of intervention and construction of logic of using appropriate tools at the stage of its realization. The strategy is aimed at the gradual solution of urgent problems of renovation of production and economic activity of livestock enterprises. The principles, methods and system of innovation activity management at livestock enterprises are formulated, which reflects the sequence and content of the functions of managing such activity. Priority directions of innovative development of organizational and economic mechanisms of renovation of activity of livestock enterprises are offered. Among them: automation and electronics production; creation of genetically engineered highly productive varieties of crops and animal species; application of intensive technologies of agricultural production and low-waste and non-waste technologies of processing, transportation, storage and sale of products, etc.
