Hrechaniuk R. Conceptual bases of administrative activity of specialized anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine

The dissertation is one of the first in the national legal science complex monographic research of conceptual bases of administrative activity of the specialized anti-corruption institutions of Ukraine. It describes: the current state of corruption prevention in Ukraine; foreign experience of creation and functioning of specialized anti-corruption bodies is considered; the concept, features and system of specialized anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine are characterized; the general theoretical aspects of the category «administrative activity» are identified and its comparison with the related and derived categories is made; concepts and features of administrative activity of anti-corruption bodies are formulated; legal regulation of administrative activity of anti-corruption bodies is analyzed; peculiarities of information and legal support of the administrative activity of specialized anti-corruption bodies are revealed; identified key principles of administrative activity of specialized anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine; systematic analysis of functions and forms of administrative activity; describes the jurisdictional activity of anti-corruption bodies as part of administrative activity; the practice of applying administrative responsibility as a method of preventing corruption of law enforcement personnel in Ukraine, as well as the application of administrative responsibility for violations related to corruption in the activity of law enforcement officials are analyzed; key problems of taxation of corruption incomes in Ukraine are revealed.
