The dissertation is focused on the analysis of administrative and legal provision of advertising services in Ukraine. The formation and development of advertisement and advertising operation have been analyzed. The concept and social purpose of advertisement and advertising operation have been revealed. The general principles of the state policy in the information sphere and the field of protecting public morals have been outlined. The analysis of modern administrative and legal provision of advertising operation in independent Ukraine has been carried out. The author has defined the concept and has characterized the features of the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of advertising services. The structure of the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of advertising services has been revealed. The problems of systematization of the principles of state regulation of advertising services have been clarified. The concept and role of administrative liability within the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of advertising operation in Ukraine have been defined.
