Essay

The dissertation contains a comprehensive and systematic analysis of theoretical and practical problems related to the tasks and functions of modern financial law. Particular attention has been paid to law functions and the issue of their influence on financial law and legal relations. The author has studied various criteria of the classification of the functions, specific features of practical implementation of law functions. A generalized grouping of doctrinal works relevant to the subject matter of the study has been suggested. The author has emphasized on the need to distinguish between the concepts of «implementation of financial law function» and «realization of law».
