Maliuha L. Adaptation of the social legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union

The dissertation is devoted to the complex and thorough analysis of the problem of adaptation of social legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union. In the work the specific nature of the legal nature of social legislation is clarified, the theoretical and legal characterization of the constitutional right to social protection is made, the legal concept "European social standards" is defined. The origins and stages of development of adaptation of social legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union are characterized. The peculiarities of the current state and tendencies of further development of adaptation of social legislation of Ukraine to the legislation of the European Union are revealed.
