Essay

The dissertation presents a new solution to the current problem of modern medicine - a complex justification of improving the treatment of teeth with defects of solid tissues by applying domestic filling materials and medical and social substantiation of a qualitatively new system of import substitution for dental materials 40 in Ukraine on the basis of its investment-poductive model development, supporting an effectiveness and availability of treatment. High prevalence of teeth`s hard tissue`s defects in the population of Ukraine is established and accordingly the high need for their treatment is 47.97%.
