Object are the processes of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises. The purpose is to substantiate and develop theoretical and methodological principles and provide practical recommendations for organizational and economic support of agribusiness enterprises innovative development in a competitive environment. Methods are: historical-logical, systematic approach, logical-semantic, monographic, economic-statistical, calculatively-constructive, SWOT-analysis, comparative scenario analysis, linear programming, financial analysis, abstract-logical. The results are realized by elaboration and improving the theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical provisions for organizational and economic providing of agro-industrial enterprises innovative development in a competitive environment. The novelty lies in the development and improvement of theoretical and methodological, organizational, methodical and practical principles for providing the innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises in a competitive environment.
