Holobutovsky R. Administrative and legal principles of public service in the judiciary in Ukraine

In the dissertation on the basis of complex research of scientific-theoretical approaches, as well as analysis of current legislation and practice of its implementation, a new solution of the scientific problem is proposed for the development of theoretical bases, practical recommendations and substantiation of the basic directions of improvement of administrative and legal bases of public service in the judicial authorities of Ukraine. The scientific analysis of the doctrinal provisions of the administrative and legal principles of public service in the judiciary in Ukraine correlates with the processes of judicial system development in the context of the European integration changes taking place in the country. The social role, functions and principles of public service in the judiciary in Ukraine have been characterized, which made it possible to consider the public service in the judiciary as a special administrative and legal institute connected with the organization and administrative and legal regulation of professional activity of judges and other public officials in the field of the external and internal functions of the judiciary, with the direct organization and passage of public service in them.
