The dissertation is devoted to the complex and systematic study of administrative and legal support of the implementation of the human rights function in Ukraine. The research revealed the genesis of legal support for the human rights function of the Ukrainian state. The essence of the state's human rights function and the role of administrative law in its implementation have been clarified. The author defines the definition of «human rights function of the state». The special importance in the context of ensuring the implementation of the human rights function of the state of administrative law is justified, which lays down the legal basis for the relationship of individuals with public authorities. The theoretical foundations of administrative and legal support for the realization of the human rights function of the state have been determined. The author's understanding of the administrative and legal support of the realization of the human rights function of the state is offered. The features of administrative and legal support of the implementation of the human rights function of the state are presented.
