The dissertation is one of the first complex researches in the domestic administrative-legal science devoted to the issues of theory and practice of the use of the resource of the principles of administrative procedure law. The principles of law as a complex legal integrated category are studied. It is proved that it is fundamental both for public and private law, for substantive and procedural law, as well as in the theory of law and branch legal sciences.
