Essay

The dissertation is one of the first in the national legal science of complex scientific papers, which describes the results of the research of the block of issues that reveal the state of theoretical development and the peculiarities of the practice of administrative-legal regulation of the provision of child rights in Ukraine at the present stage. The paper presents the results of a doctrinal analysis of the exercise of competence by military entities as institutions of national security and defense of the state. The author's proposals for improvement of acts of national legislation governing the specified sphere of relations and, in particular, the Law of Ukraine «On the Armed Forces of Ukraine» are substantiated.
