The dissertation presents a comprehensive solution to the scientific problem of substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and development of recommendations for ecologically oriented development of chemical enterprises. The concept of "environmentally-oriented development of the enterprise" is specified. The concept of ecologically-oriented development of chemical enterprises is developed. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study of the transformation of the management system of an ecologically oriented enterprise, in which the eco-element is highlighted, has been improved. The preconditions for the occurrence of ecological conflicts are systematized, according to which eco-equilibrium points are established. Conceptual and methodological bases of development of scenarios of choice of management system of ecologically-oriented development of chemical enterprises are formed. Approaches to identifying the degree of risk of chemical enterprises and the allocation of groups of enterprises according to this criterion have been improved. The mechanism of reorientation of the current management system of chemical enterprises of the segment of mineral fertilizers production according to the revealed peculiarities of their functioning has been improved. The mechanism of formation of ecologically-oriented management at the chemical enterprises due to introduction of additional elements is improved. An integrated strategy of ecologically-oriented development of chemical enterprises according to the established algorithm has been developed. The criteria of interaction of stakeholders of ecologically-oriented development of chemical enterprises on the basis of public-private partnership have been further developed. Synergetic effect generation models have been developed, which are based on a synergistic funnel funnel from increasing the return on investment. Recommendations have been developed to strengthen social and environmental responsibility based on the establishment of tasks for the subordination of each of the members of the association of enterprises.
