Essay

Object of research: professional training of future social workers in institutions of higher education. Subject of research: pedagogical system for the formation of professional ethics of future social workers at universities. In the thesis, for the first time, the theoretical generalization has been made and the solution of scientific problem of grounding of pedagogical system of formation of professional ethics of future social workers at universities has been proposed. The author's concept of formation of professional ethics of future social workers at universities has been theoretically substantiated and developed into the basis of which the provisions of humanistic, personally oriented and competent paradigms have been laid; philosophical and sociological concepts; combination of methodological approaches and principles of professional ethics formation. Pedagogical conditions of formation of professional ethics of future social workers in universities have beengrounded (formation of positive motivation of students 38 for mastering professional ethics; updating of the content of professionally-oriented disciplines by a professional and ethical component; application of innovative technologies in the educational process; participation in a volunteer activity which ensures positive dynamics of formation of motives, professional and ethical knowledge and skills, personal and moral professionally important qualities, active civil position, creative potential, social activity, value orientations, mastering the experience of humane relations of future social workers.
