The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of formation and realization of development management of industrial enterprises of Ukraine.
The concept of «enterprise development management» is proposed and presented as a step-by-step management process including the analysis of market opportunities, the choice of the target markets, positioning of enterprise goods in the market, definition of a company strategy, development of a set of measures for strategy implementation, creation and implementation of separate programs, including strategy and control over their implementation. It will further the theory of economic science.
The results of the conducted researches have logically led to substantiation of interrelation of institutes of management system of development of industrial enterprises and their division into basic ones (institutes regulate processes at the level of macro environment related to labor, property, power, management and derivative institutions (form the pricing policy, competition level, development of infrastructure, entrepreneurship at the level of the micro-environment). It will create a basis for the development of effective measures of institutional support for the development of industrial enterprises.
The concept of effective management of industrial enterprise development, consists of definition of a problem (episodic coverage of terminology, imperfection of the developed conceptual bases of management of industrial enterprise development); goal clarification (theoretical substantiation and development of scientific-practical and methodological recommendations on conceptualization of enterprise development management), list of tasks that are divided into theoretical block (research of scientific thought on the formation of management theory, theory of development and theory of efficiency of industrial enterprise; clarification of the essence of enterprise management development determining the specifics of effective management of industrial enterprise development) and the methodological unit (epistemological basis of science) Research: the purpose, object and object of research on the effective management of industrial enterprise development; systematization of methods and techniques for the study of effective management of industrial enterprise development). It will allow to develop possible scenarios for the development of industrial enterprises.
The dissertation substantiates the application of methodological approach to the complex assessment of the industrial enterprise development management efficiency in the context of its resource potential, which consists in the formation of the parameters of the industrial enterprise development management efficiency assessment; diagnostics of determining indicators and criteria (basic and current level of efficiency of management of development of industrial enterprise on the basis of research of its potential). It will help to develop strategic directions for improving the efficiency of industrial enterprise development management based on the indicators defined by this methodology.
This paper presents the author's development of a strategic map based on effective capacity management and has such components as «the level of efficiency of financial potential management» (optimization of cost structure; use of assets; ensuring efficient management of financial resources; diversification of the source of income; improving the level of financial sustainability and liquidity; financial support for enterprise development strategy); «The level of effectiveness of managing a business enterprise»; «The level of efficiency of management of labor enterprise»; «The level of efficiency of management of the innovative enterprise»; «The level of efficiency of production enterprise management»; «The level of efficiency of management of the organizational enterprise». The use of this card will enhance the enterprise's ability to shape the profitability of the enterprise, use of the latest technologies and innovations and take a more favorable place in the value chain.
