Theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of technological renewal of production in agricultural enterprises are investigated. The peculiarities of technological support of production in agricultural enterprises are determined. An approach to the systematic classification of production technologies in crop-livestock farming is proposed. The necessity of comprehensive consideration of the efficiency of technological modernization of agricultural enterprises production has been proved. Prerequisites, status and tendencies of technological updating of production in agricultural enterprises are analyzed, the efficiency of activity of agricultural enterprises on the basis of applied technologies is estimated. The relationship between the elements of direct material costs for the production of crop and livestock products, which are the components of technology and indicators of technological support of production (crop yields and animal productivity) is established. The methodical approach to the complex assessment of technological support of production in agricultural enterprises is substantiated. The organizational and economic mechanism of technological modernization of production in agricultural enterprises has been developed. The necessity to control the process of technological updating of production is proved. The directions of improvement of production process of agricultural enterprises on the basis of application of the latest technologies in crop production, animal husbandry and production management are determined.
