The dissertation is devoted to the complex and comprehensive research of conceptual bases of legal regulation of state support of agriculture in Ukraine. The work contains a theoretical synthesis and a new solution of the scientific problem in the field of forming a conceptual vision of the legal regulation of relations in the state support of agriculture. The doctrinal and legislative foundations of state support for agriculture are justified in dissertation. Conceptual and legal approaches to understanding the concept and content of state support for agriculture are considered. Varieties of state support for agriculture are classified according to directions, forms, means, methods and legal mechanisms. The features of legislative support of the state support of agriculture of Ukraine are determined. The existence within the agrarian legislation of the sub-branch of agricultural protection legislation and the formation of the sub-branch of agricultural law — agricultural protection law are installed. The features of legal regulation of state support for agricultural production are considered. The legal analysis of the sector-wide state support for agricultural production (tax, credit, logistical and insurance) is carried out. The legal characteristic of the state support of certain branches of agricultural production is given. The legislative framework for state support for agricultural entities is established. The legal foundations of state support for agricultural services are established. Legal features of state support in the field of processing of agricultural products are revealed. The legislative features for state support in the field of sale of agricultural products are characterized. The legal specificity of state support in the field of agricultural information and consulting support is revealed.
