Starchenko H. Formation of Project Management Mechanism for Innovative Development of the National Economy

The thesis contains theoretical provisions on the essential content of the main concepts of the subject field of research of the innovative development. The conceptual basis for the development of the project management mechanism for innovative development of the national economy has been formed. The initial methodological approaches and principles of project management of the innovative development of the national economy have been summarized. The theoretical and methodological bases for determining the synergetic determinants to ensure the innovative development of the national economy in terms of the project approach have been extended. The trends of modern innovative development of the world economy and systemic problems of managing the innovative development in Ukraine have been identified. A comprehensive description of practice of the project management of innovative development of national economy and endogenous factors of its provision has been given. The scientific and practical dominants of the mechanism for managing the innovative development in the context of the world experience have been identified. The strategic guidelines for the implementation of the mechanism of project management of the innovative development of the economy of Ukraine have been justified. The proposals for the institutional and organizational support of the formation of the mechanism of project-oriented management of the innovative development of the national economy are presented.
