The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological bases and development of practical recommendations on formation and realization of the mechanism of regulation of the market of consumer goods of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization. The conceptual basis of the system of regulation of the consumer goods market is formed, which provides a clear delineation and generalization of goals, objectives, methods and tools of regulation to achieve the goal and resolve contradictions. The methodological bases for the study of the consumer goods market and its regulation are presented, which are based on the institutional-system approach, which allows to take into account the peculiarities of the state, market, public regulation on the consumer market and the relationship between all its subjects in globalization. The scientific and methodological approach to the formation of the concept of consumer goods market regulation in the context of globalization has been improved. The scientific approach to implementation of the principle of consumerism in the system of regulation of the market of consumer goods of Ukraine is offered. A scientific and methodological approach to determining the level of consumer protection in the market of goods using the model of multi-attribute goods, which involves assessing not the attributes of the product, but the extent to which the consumer is protected when using it. The theoretical architecture of the mechanism of regulation of the consumer goods market is presented.
