The thesis is devoted to the consideration of problems of legal regulation and realization of secret investigative (search) actions in the aspect of providing of constitutional human rights. The concept of “secret investigative (search) actions”, grounds and principles of their realization, is investigated. The structure of the mechanism for ensuring human rights during realization of secret investigative (search) actions is determined, description of its levels (legal, institutional, organizational, methodological and renewable) is given.
