Pelekh O. The structural analysis of national economy and structural politics in Ukraine

The dissertation is about solving actual academical and practical problem – creating the theoretic-methodological and methodical protection structural changes analysis and disbalances in national economy, and at this basis improving of the forming and implementing structural governmental politics process. At this way the author conception is proposed, which is based at a thesis the balancing of national economy structure and making progressive structure steps are the main point of going through the crisis events and a requirement of stable economic development of the country. Fundamental idea of economic growth is an orientation of structural changes to forming a type of an effective and conquering post-industrial economy. One of the main leverages, which dictates the structural transformation side by side with the market regulations mechanisms, technical-technological is a governmental regulation politics. At a basis of effective structural governmental politics forming the structural analysis has to be, which protects the pending selectiveness level of national politics, choosing the optimal economic structure and the priorities in areas of focus.
