Prots H. Complex methods of surgical preparation of patients for prosthetic rehabilitation depending on the condition of the tissues of the prosthetic bed

It was found that generalized periodontitis with low bone mineral density and dentition defects is accompanied by increased periodontal indices, radiological changes in periodontal bone tissue, morphological disorders, imbalance of markers of bone remodeling. The developed method of surgical preparation for prothetic treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis with reduced bone mineral density contributed to the regulation of all identified disorders and allowed to achieve long-term remission of the disease. Using the proposed method of the surgical stage of dental implantation, it was proved that in patients with reduced bone mineral density in the 2nd year of dispensary observations the number of peri-implants and implant disintegrations increased and the number of complications was 5,7%. The proposed method of treatment of postoperative neuropathies and paresthesias after dental implantation in the lower jaw allowed to preserve the implant in 85,7% of cases.
