Sydoruk B. Economic and environmental principles of balanced use of agricultural land.

The theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical principles of balanced use of agricultural land at different levels of government are substantiated in the dissertation. The conceptual approach to balanced land use is substantiated, which envisages the connection between the concepts of «sustainable» and «balanced» development of agricultural land use to understand in the context of their focus on achieving ecological economic and social effects as a result of efficient use of agricultural land. The category "balanced use of agricultural land" is proposed, to be understood as the process of utilization of agricultural land, which achieves a balance of interests of diverse nature (economic, environmental and social), which results in achieving a balance of environmental needs of society and the goals of socio-economic development.
