The dissertation investigates the theoretical and methodological bases of training future Masters for ensuring the quality of the educational process in preschool education institution. The state of training future Masters for preschool establishments in domestic and foreign institutions of higher education was characterized. The essence and structure of readiness of undergraduates to ensure the quality of the educational process in the institution of preschool education was determined. The concept, methodological approaches, pedagogical system of training future Masters to ensure the quality of the educational process in preschool education institutions and its structural and functional model were developed and grounded. Criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future Masters to ensure the quality of educational process in preschool education institutions were determined. The pedagogical conditions of training future masters for ensuring the quality of the educational process in the institutions of preschool education were revealed and grounded, the scientific and methodical support of the specified training was developed. The experimental data testifying to the efficiency of the introduced pedagogical system of training future Masters for maintenance of quality of educational process in establishments of preschool education were generalized.
