Romanko O. MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS ON THE BASIS OF ACTIVATION OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF THE REGION

The purpose of the dissertation is to develop conceptual, theoretical and methodological and methodological and applied provisions for the management of national competitiveness on the basis of intensification of innovation and investment activities of the regions in a decentralized reform in Ukraine. The categorical field of functioning of national competitiveness is investigated and the innovation and investment component of competitiveness of national and regional level is opened and regularities and principles of state management of national competitiveness are defined. The causality of the connection between innovation and investment activity is revealed, the concept of national competitiveness management on the basis of innovation and investment activity is formed and the world experience of formation of effective territorial innovation and investment policy is generalized. Methodological approaches to assessing the competitiveness of the national and regional aspects are highlighted, theoretical and applied principles of assessing the competitiveness of the region as a component of national competitiveness are developed and the model paradigm of the process of national competitiveness management at the regional level is provided. The competitive advantages of the national economy are analyzed, the criterion assessment of strategic and tactical national competitiveness is carried out and the system of support of managerial decisions of increase of national competitiveness of regional level of maintenance of innovation and investment orientation is improved. The determinants of the mechanism of increasing the competitiveness of the national and regional level of application have been developed, scientific and applied principles of intensification of innovation and investment activity have been formed and the roadmap of decentralization management of competitiveness of the innovation and investment principle has been developed.
