The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem of forming a strategic controlling system at an enterprise, which is due to the latest technological development trends that ensure the convergence of management technologies. The context of controlling development within the paradigms of the industrial and post-industrial economy is structured, the controlling concept of the system for ensuring strategic business transformation through updating management technologies and a model of key relationships in the strategic controlling system are proposed. The configuration of the controlling system in the functional, structural and process aspects and the group of strategic controlling tools are formed taking into account the complementarity of management technologies. The model is proposed for diagnosing the structural and functional adaptability of an enterprise to external business conditions.
