Zghurska O. Formation of strategies for diversification of agro-industrial enterprises.

The dissertation presents theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific and applied problem - substantiation of conceptual bases of formation of strategies for diversification of agro-industrial enterprises and scientific and practical recommendations on their implementation for effective realization of strategic directions of functioning and strengthening of own competitive positions on national and international markets. Topicality of the scientific research is attributable to the intensification of economic globalization and intellectualization of economic activity of enterprises, which requires development and implementation of priority areas of development and identification of potentially new opportunities for the revival of agro-industry of Ukraine. An urgent problem of long-term development of agro-industrial enterprises is formation of strategies for diversification of enterprises’ activities, taking into account the development of new IT technologies in order to intensify innovative processes of functioning and development.
