The dissertation is devoted to the increase of the treatment effectiveness of patients with ischemic heart disease by developing the concept of individualized rehabilitation and restorative treatment after myocardial revascularization based on the introduction of differentiated clinical-diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic approaches in this group of patients. It is proved that restorative treatment helps to optimize clinical-functional, physical, psychological components, helps to change the attitude of patients to their health. A program and concept of long-term personalized rehabilitation treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease depending on revascularization, applied complex of medical, physical and psychological approaches, was developed. It is offered to predict and model the consequences of treatment, taking into account the methods and results of the performed interventions.
