Essay

The thesis research is a full-scale study of the administrative and legal regulation of analytical activities in Ukraine which combines theoretical aspects of the problem with the projection on the practical use of the activities under consideration. The analytical and bibliographic review of the scientific papers devoted to the issues of administrative and legal regulation of analytical activities is carried out, and the degree of problem study is determined. It is clarified the legal potential of the concept “analytics” and thus, differentiation of the concepts of analytical activities and information analytics is implemented. The dependence of the reference to narratology in the context of administrative and legal regulation is demonstrated. The research introduces the notion of “analytical narratology”, provides its definition, formulates immanent features and correlative links with other legal categories. The concept and content of narrative are defined, and the principles of analytical narratology in the context of administrative and legal regulation of analytical activities are proposed. The algorithm of the analytic narrative structure is identified through a sequential analysis of the following components: temporality, deictic center, chronotope, semiotics of a coup. The role of positioning theory in the context of the formulation of analytic narratives is proved.
