Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of psychological support of interprofessional interaction of specialists of social sphere. The work contains theoretical substantiation, methodological foundations and results of empirical research on this problem. The basic approaches to the study of the current state of professional activity and interaction of specialists in the social sphere are analyzed and systematized; essence and components of interprofessional interaction of social sphere specialists. The normative legal support of interprofessional interaction of social sphere specialists and practical aspects of the problem of preparation of social sphere specialists for interprofessional interaction are analyzed. In particular, the section covers the issues of organizational and methodological support for the process of training social specialists; peculiarities of implementation of interdisciplinary approach in the process of preparation of social sphere specialists for interprofessional interaction; practical aspects of vocational training of specialists in the social sphere. The concept study and defined psychological patterns interprofessional social interaction specialists. Consideration is given to the sequence of achievements regarding the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the author's approach to the system of providing personal and professional qualities of becoming specialists in the social sphere; psychological support of personal trajectory of readiness of specialists of social sphere for interprofessional interaction. A step-by-step methodical justification of the author's approach to the organization of the structure of empirical research of the readiness of social sphere specialists for interprofessional interaction is also presented; step-by-step study of peculiarities of formation of interprofessional interaction. The data of empirical analysis on such components are presented by motivational-emotional, cognitive-semantic, activity-practical and regulatory. The conceptual model of formation of professional readiness of social sphere specialists for interprofessional interaction is presented and the effectiveness of its implementation is tested; practical approaches and methodological recommendations for promoting the professional readiness of social professionals for interprofessional interaction. Practical types and forms of work with the following categories are justified: children and young people, families, the elderly, people with disabilities, internally and externally displaced persons and participants in hostilities.
